Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts
  • 2 cups basil
  • 3 cups spinach
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup pecorino Romano grated
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • To a blender, add all the ingredients, except the olive oil. Begin blending, adding the olive oil as you blend.
