Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup tarragon mint, or basil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt divided
  • ¾ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • To a blender, add all the ingredients, except the olive oil. Begin blending, adding the olive oil as you blend. Blend until smooth and creamy.
