Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken
  • 14 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 avocados sliced
  • 2 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

Green Goddess Chicken Salad

  • Add everything but the chicken to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add chicken and green goddess dressing to a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Spoon mixture into lettuce leaf.
  • Top with avocado slice, drizzle of oil, and pinch of spicy flaky salt.
