- 1 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken
- 14 butter lettuce leaves
- 2 avocados sliced
- 2 tsp flaky sea salt
Green Goddess Chicken Salad
Add everything but the chicken to a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add chicken and green goddess dressing to a large bowl. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaf.
Top with avocado slice, drizzle of oil, and pinch of spicy flaky salt.
