How to Make a Greek Salad Lettuce Wrap

This Greek Salad lettuce Wrap is incredibly easy to pull together! Add the ground turkey to a skillet and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Aleppo pepper if using, and salt. Cook over medium-high heat, breaking the meat apart as it browns. Once the turkey is fully cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.

While the turkey cooks, stir together the Greek yogurt, grated garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Taste it and adjust the lemon or salt if needed.

Lay a piece of parchment paper on the counter and place a lettuce leaf on top. Spoon some of the seasoned turkey into the center, drizzle with lemon-yogurt sauce, then layer on feta, crushed pita chips, cucumber, and tomatoes. Wrap the lettuce around the filling like a burrito, then roll it up snugly in parchment paper. Repeat until all wraps are assembled.

🪄 Tips and Tricks

  • Use the outer iceberg leaves for the best shape and crunch.
  • Let the turkey cool slightly before assembling so the lettuce stays crisp.
  • Shave the cucumber thin so it layers easily and does not overpower the wrap.
  • Parchment paper makes these easier to eat and keeps everything neat.

Substitutions

  • You can use full-fat Greek yogurt if you want a richer sauce.
  • Romaine or butter lettuce works if iceberg is unavailable, though the crunch will be softer.
  • Gluten-free pita chips can be used if needed.
